MM Kent is in his 21st year as an oil painter. Orginally from Texas, he moved to Arkansas as a young man and undertook his own education as an artist.

From landscapes to still lifes to figure studies, his education has continued and his paintings now win prizes in national competitions.

Kent believes that the communication between artist and subject during the process of creation is the true value of the painter's art.
